Owl Browser is a high-performance, self-hosted Chromium and CEF engine built for AI agent workflows and automated browsing. It replaces fragile screenshot loops and heavy DOM trees with OwlMark, a structured, handle-addressable representation (such as b3 or x2) that lets any model, including non-vision and text-only models, observe and interact with live web pages directly.
