To submit agents or post reviews you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Submissions

When you submit an agent listing, review, or any other content, you grant Kooc Media Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, including content that is inaccurate, misleading, or contrary to our editorial standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AgentLocker created by Kooc Media Ltd — including articles, design, code, graphics, and data — is protected by copyright. Third-party trademarks, logos, and agent names remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on the platform. Agent listings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement by AgentLocker or Kooc Media Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Kooc Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
