About Entergram
Entergram is a Telegram CRM with a multi-account MCP server. Connect Claude or another AI assistant and it can read and act across every personal Telegram account on your seat: auto-populate CRM fields, open and triage tickets, find and manage leads, run localized broadcasts, and search Telegram live for people, groups and channels (name and username matching, rate limited, never private groups the account has not joined).
Underneath it is a full shared inbox for 100+ real personal accounts, not bots, with pipeline, custom fields, ticketing and privacy controls. Telegram to Slack runs two-way, so a reply written in Slack goes out from the real Telegram account, and the Telegram Notion integration writes new chats to your Notion database. There is also a Make.com app.
